Hydraulic cylinder repair
Cylinder repair is our expertise! We offer an extensive range of repair options for all cylinders from a basic re-sealing job to complete component reconditioning or remanufacturing. We repair cylinders of all makes, models, diameters and lengths including single acting, double acting and telescopic.
With two tear down benches and multiple vises spread throughout the shop we have the tooling to efficiently disassemble, diagnose, and repair any cylinder that comes our way!
Yes! We have a nut buster! Our in-house custom built nut buster develops 38,000 ft lbs of torque which allows us to work on even the largest mobile equipment cylinders!
Machine shop
Our in house machine shop services allow us to perform extensive cylinder repairs with less cost and less downtime versus outsourcing our metalworking needs like other shops that are not as equip. We also offer CNC machining services catered to prototype and production parts. We work with materials ranging from mild, high alloy and stainless steel, to aluminum, brass & bronze.

Welding
From broken rod ends, damaged cylinder tube fittings, component modifications, light fabrication and equipment repair, we have the expertise and equipment to take care of your welding needs. With MIG and TIG capabilities we can weld all types and thicknesses of steel, stainless steel and aluminum.

What we don’t do
The core of our success lies in our never-ending search to improve the quality and processes of what we’re best at: cylinder repair and machine work. While we do our best to help anyone that comes through our doors, there are a few things we have ultimately decided we simply don’t work on or do because we either aren’t equipped to do it, lack the experience or cannot guarantee a positive end result. We believe that being up front about what we’re good at - and what we’re not good at - provides an overall better experience for our customers in the long run. My name is Sam!
I have a passion for hydraulic cylinders! I live them and breathe them and have spent the last 10+ years becoming an expert on cylinders and how to not only repair them but to solve complex problems surrounding the repair process. I enjoy thinking outside the box and finding solutions for things that challenge others. As owner and operator, I have put forth a great deal of effort and countless hours to create not just a business, but a service that my customers can rely on time after time. When I’m not at the shop I’m spending time with my beautiful wife, our two girls and the best shop dog around, Balto!
